Delivery
The items you've ordered will be sent to the address specified during your purchase. It's crucial that you provide us with the correct and precise delivery address when placing your order. Please ensure that there is someone available to sign for and receive the goods from the delivery service.
Please note that we are unable to dispatch goods over the weekend. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Duties & Taxes All applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout. You won't have to pay any additional duties fees upon delivery - but you may have to pay your countries additional import tax based on where you are ordering from.
Tracking & Carriers All orders are shipped with tracking numbers via trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL Express, and UPS. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

While we work to process orders promptly, as a small business (one man band), the flexibility may be limited compared to larger companies. Once your order is placed, packed, and shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email to monitor your delivery. Returns

Our priority is to ensure that our customers receive their orders in pristine condition, and we're dedicated to offering a seamless and stress-free returns process. You can initiate a return within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must reach us within 14 days from the original purchase date and be in new, unworn, and complete condition, including all original tags and packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns if items show any signs of wear, damage, or if components are missing.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to us. Return shipping labels will be provided to you, with the cost debited from your refund amount.
